LifetecZONe is the networking organisation for the Human Health Sector in South Netherlands. LifetecZONe is founded by intermediairy organisations BOM, LIOF and Syntens and is actively run by and for entrepreneurs.

Brokerage at Medica 2010, November 18 & 19, Dusseldorf - 07-09-10

On the occasion of MEDICA 2010, the global No. 1 meeting place for the medical sector, the Healthcare Sector Group of the Enterprise Europe Network will organize a Brokerage Event. The aim is to assist enterprises, universities and research institutions in finding partners in Europe for product development, manufacturing and licensing agreements, joint ventures or other types of partnership.
IPC awarded: 18 LifetecZONe members receive a combined € 1 million subsidy - 07-09-10
Building on the experience of the first Innovation Performance Contract “IPC” (in which 26 members participate), 18 members showed interest in participation in an IPC. Based on this interest, an inventory of project proposals was made. This resulted in the submission of an IPC-application on January 11th, labeled “sensor development and sensor use in new applications”. After thorough examination of the plans by Agentschap NL (the former SenterNovem), the participants were awarded with a subsidy of roughly € 50.000 each.

"Next Lifetec Business Café: "Getting to know each other" part II - 21-09-10
Last year our networking café on September 3 was allocated for round table presentations: 23 members presented their companies and showed their products and/or prototypes!
The theme: “Getting to know each other!”, was put into practice: in total 75 participants joined, and everyone agreed: the round table presentations should be an annual event!
So this year on September 21 , we will again host the round table presentations where our members can present their companies. New this year is that we will host this café together with Health Valley!

New brochure "The Cardiovascular Center Maastricht” launched: - 24-07-08
This brochure was made possible through a joint effort between The Cardiovascular Center azM and CARIM. Our aim is to work closely together in Maastricht in order to integrate patient care and research in the area of Heart and Vascular Disease. The underlying mission and the central themes, through which this integration will be achieved in the near future, are described and illustrated in this brochure.

geval is. In ieder geval geldt dit voor academische ziekenhuizen (UMC’s).
Of dit voor perifere ziekenhuizen en andere zorginstellingen ook geldt,
is vooralsnog niet duidelijk.
